Aurora

Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 on the 15th of June, 1996 in Stavanger) is an Norwegian music producer and a singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is released in May of 2015 from Decca Records. It has received a lot of praise from media and bloggers. Half the World Away from Oasis was released by the group Oasis was recorded to accompany an ad campaign for John Lewis, and Nature Boy is a Nat King Cole cover. Katy Perry shared a tweet where Perry announced her new song Runaway. Enjoy her day. Aurora Aksnes' first musical memory involves finding a small piano hidden in the basement, and becoming enthralled by the sounds it produced. Jan Oystein Aksnes, her parents May Britt Aksnes and Jan Oystein Aksnes, encouraged their daughter to learn music for a love rather as a career. The Aksnes family advised her to compose. Bjork as well as Leonard Cohen are among her most favored songwriters. After her mom told her that her songs can not only aid in her efforts to gain fame, and also inspire others to see their importance to the world and appreciate the possibilities for them, she decided to begin playing in front of the public. The piano was her first instrument at the age of six, and began writing music at age nine. The fact that she was a musician wasn't known to her family until she reached the age of fourteen. Aurora's fame was not her goal. Her sole passion is writing music. She believes music can make anyone feel better.
